The most delicious Mexican cuisine in the World… in Yokohama!
Every January the owners of this small restaurant in Yokohama, near Sakuragicho Station close their restaurant after working EVERY single day of the year until then, to take a trip to Mexico. In Mexico they study the latest dishes, buy authentic Mexican ingredients that will last them the year, and of course practice singing! If you are lucky enough to be there during one of the owners performances you will be amazed at his booming voice, as he sings in both Japanese and Spanish. Worth the visit for sure!

Mexican restaurant sombrero (iphone)

I took this photograph with my iPhone while at lunch yesterday at a local Mexican restaurant. This sombrero was hanging on the wall near a fairly large window and I loved the soft, natural light coming in from the side which really brought out the texture of the hat and the wall.
