with some friends, I had dinner and filmed this group of street musicians infront of the restaurant in Rome, Italy. dinner was salad and of course italian spaghetti and margarita pizza

Another early start rattled us out of bed on May 5, 2008. My brother, sister-in-law and I decided to embark on a day trip to Italy from our local home region of Styria in Eastern Austria. We first drove south from Austria into Slovenia where we were greeted with rain and a fair amount of traffic. We made our way west towards the Italian border and drove past the city of Trieste to stop at the famous white limestone Castle of Miramare, a 19th century castle built for Austrian Archduke Maximilian and his wife, Charlotte of Belgium. The location of the castle on a promontory of the northern Adriatic Sea is stunning, and the castle is surrounded by 22 hectares of parkland. We continued our drive to the historic northern Italian town of Grado, also located on the Adriatic Sea. This is where the rain caught up with us, but we took advantage of this break by having a leisurely lunch in a local seafood restaurant. From here we started our trip back to Austria, driving north through the Italian Province of Friuli Venezia Giulia past the City of Udine towards the high Julian Alps that rise up in the corner between Austria, Italy and Slovenia. The mountain vistas in the Val Canale (Canal Valley) were stunning, and we stopped off to pick up some Italian olive oil and prosciutto in the border town of Tarvisio. The World Trade Center (WTC) was a complex in Lower Manhattan whose seven buildings were destroyed in 2001 in the September 11 terrorist attacks. The site is currently being rebuilt with six new skyscrapers and a memorial to the casualties of the attacks. The original World Trade Center was designed by Minoru Yamasaki in the early 1960s using a tube-frame structural design for the twin 110-story towers. In gaining approval for the project, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey agreed to take over the Hudson & Manhattan Railroad which became the Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH). Groundbreaking for the World Trade Center took place on August 5, 1966. The North Tower was completed in December 1970 and the South Tower was finished in July 1971. Construction of the World Trade Center involved excavating a large amount of material which was used in making Battery Park City on the west side of Lower Manhattan. The complex was located in the heart of New York City’s downtown financial district and contained 13.4 million square feet (1.24 million m2) of office space. The Windows on the World restaurant was located on the 106Th and 107Th floors of the North Tower, while the Top of the World observation deck was located on the 107Th floor of the South Tower. Other World Trade Center buildings included the Marriott World Trade Center; 6 World Trade Center, which housed the United States Customs; and 7 World Trade Center, which was built in the 1980s. When it comes patronizing our favourite restaurants for their first class services and mouth-watering recipes, we are more than happy to dig deep into our wallets and let the credit cards sort out the outcome of the services rendered. It is nice to eat out with friends and family occasionally but the problem is, how often would you be able to enjoy some of the best recipes on the long-listed menus of these famous restaurants? One important fact we should bear in mind is that these recipes are cooked in a particular manner by trained chefs, but the mouth-watering ingredients are the same everywhere. Sometimes two restaurants could have similar range of recipes but one would bring more authentic flavours to your taste buds than the other. The reason being that the secret lies in practice, cooking techniques, precision timing and above all, experience. It’s about time I got the details, updates, & what’s up. . . . Sharii: Truth is, we kind of went our seperate ways months ago because I found out he was cheating on me for Cassie. He said that im too emotional and too controlling at times, but i have no idea what he’s talking about. And also something about saying that I wear the pants in this relationship, that I’m too “demanding”. Since Cassie and Nick are now officially dating, she thinks shes better than everyone else around her just because she’s dating one of the Jonas Brothers, but whatever. The temperatures plummeted in New York last night, but it wasn’t enough to cool Madonna’s new red hot romance. The pop star braved the freezing conditions for an intimate date with Brazilian lover Jesus Luz, 22. Madonna got out of her car first then waited for Jesus Luz to get out, before walking into the restaurant together. The pair had some alone time as Jesus walked with his hand firmly on Madges back. She wrapped herself up in a leather jacket with fur-trimmed neck, but it was the close presence of the blue-eyed model that seemed to create her warm glow. Jesus kept it casual in jeans, a grey T-shirt and black overcoat, maintaining the heavenly theme with a silver crucifix necklace. It was the second public outing in as many days for the pair, who sparked a romance after meeting on the set of a W magazine shoot in December despite an impressive 28-year age gap.
